Hare Krishna. Surrounded by his wife and extended family, as well as ISKCON Boston Temple President, Vanamali Pandit Das, and several other devotees, Raganuga Das, a disciple of Srila Prabhupada, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 28, 2018 during this auspicious Puroshattama month. He had recently suffered from a brain aneurysm and was in the Intensive Care Unit. While being taken off of a ventilator, everyone in his room was chanting the Hare Krishna mantra along with a CD sung by Srila Prabhupada.
Raganuga Prabhu had a very auspicious departure from this world wearing a garland from the Radha Krishna Deities at the ISKCON Boston temple, with oils placed on him from Lord Nrsimhadeva from the Holy Land of Mayapur, India, sacred water from the Ganges River, dust from the Holy Land of Vrindavana, and Tulasi leaves that had been offered to the Lord. His hand was holding his chanting beads.
We offer our condolences to the family and friends of Raganuga Das who are feeling great separation from him at this time.
All glories Raganuga Prabhu!
All glories to Srila Prabhupada!
